I love the challenge of hunting down images that might spark the viewers’ curiosity: what was happening outside the frame? what stories were unfolding? But I also enjoy searching for the mundane yet visually appealing. Sometimes I shoot color, and sometimes black and white. Regardless of the photographic style, my end goal is to record stories. Sometimes those stories can be told in a single photograph, other times they require multiple images. Either way, its the challenge of the story that keeps me searching.
